I am looking to fill a part time position to help me with my events through the end of the year. This is a "gig" style job so hours and schedule will fluctuate depending on the amount of events I'm having and the need for assistance.

 

This position is adaptable with lots of potential for growth.

 

Duties would include but aren’t limited to

 

•Set up / tearing down events

•hanging posters, passing out handbills

•running errands including picking up equipment, groceries, and other necessary items required for events

•occasionally updating social media / posting about events

 

Job requirements

 

•You must have a strong passion for music in many genres. Bonus if you have a hunger for discovering new artists and follow current festival and touring circuits.

 

•Knowledgeable and active on social media platforms. Bonus if you have experience using platforms in a marketing capacity.

 

•Must be able to sit OR stand for long periods of time and walk long distance.

 

•Can lift at least 50-70 lbs

 

•Are at least 21 years of age with a valid driver license and a reliable vehicle. 

 

•Highly communicative and outgoing.

 

•You will be required to respond to texts and emails quickly and efficiently.

 

•Organizational skills will be critical. Events revolve around a lot of people coordinating things together. Managing and verifying schedules, calendars, checklists, spreadsheets, site maps, and contacts is how we make sure events run smoothly. I am looking for someone who is detailed oriented and focused.
