BIO

TOUR

The Enstrangers were formed in 2014 by Jim Voelz as a project for orphan songs. Having played in various Country, Punk, Metal, and Bluegrass acts over the years a library of songs had been amassed that didn't fit within the confines of a single genre. The Enstrangers are the outlet for these songs where genres collide with abandon for each song to have its own unique identity and sound.

Heavy influences include, The Cramps, Flat Duo Jets, Hank Williams, Link Wray, Howling Wolf, The Cars, Johnny Cash, Motorhead, The Misfits, Otis Redding, Little Richard, Hasil Atkins, Charlie Feathers, Dick Dale, The Ramones, Rolling Stones, Oblivians, and The Stooges.
